Jennifer Boyd is the Director of Client Engagement at Cane Financial Group, where she is passionate about creating thoughtful, personalized experiences that help clients feel supported, valued, and confident in their financial journey.

She brings over a decade of experience in pharmaceutical and biotech client engagement and account management, along with a background in learning and development at Johnson & Johnson, where she led global mentoring and professional growth initiatives. As a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, Jennifer has further supported leadership development programs, including her work with the Women’s Leadership Initiative community. Driven by a passion for helping others thrive, she transitioned into financial services to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the clients she serves.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business and an MBA from Eastern University.

Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, traveling, baking sourdough bread, and creating polymer clay jewelry. She is also a proud pet parent to three rescue dogs and two rescue cats.
